Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. Eternal Zen is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal of the package, additional shipping charges may apply if the order is reshipped.
