Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us at eternalzen.org@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original packaging. For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplements may not be eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of packages that do not include tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at eternalzen.org@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Sale Items

Sale or promotional items are eligible for return unless specifically marked final sale at the time of purchase.

If you would like a replacement or exchange, please contact us at eternalzen.org@gmail.com before returning the product.
